The goal of this contest is just for a group of friends to challenge each other to eat as healthy as possible. I thought of the idea last week sometime just to see if I could do it. Word got out and more people joined in. Now this going to be particularly hard for me because of my love for gummy bears and chipotle. But, I should be able to get over it. Also, no vices like cigarettes and alcohol, which is going to make this challenge particularly hard during the weekend. Six meals a day, 3 main meals, separated by 3 healthy snacks and a shit ton of water. I wish I could have got more friends involved but maybe next time. Fast & Furiously Strict Diet 7  Day Challenge

And fellas, it begins! Best of luck to each man! It’s nothing we haven’t done before and it’s nothing we can’t do again. I figured this would be a good way to stay in touch, keep tabs and to motivate if anyone is slipping.

ℹ Rules of the Challenge:

1⃣ There will be no eating out at quick food restaurants. This is intended to challenge each challenger to prepare proper, well balanced foods required for desired results. Processed foods are off limits as well as processed snacks (trail mix). Raw foods guys, RAW FOOD. Shaun, you may grab subway due to your schedule, keep that shit down to a minimum.

2⃣ Each challengers goal is to drink a minimum required 8 cups of water per day. Sodas, alcohol and juices are off limits. Challengers may drink whey protein & presort out supplements through the course of the next 7 days.

3⃣ Each challenger’s goal is to sleep a minimum of six hours on the course of the next 7 days. This is intended to challenge the challengers to have the ability to wake and coordinate a proper 6 sessions for eating. Each meal is to be ideally consumed every 2-3 hours.

On here, I think it would be appropriate for everyone to snap photo of what they are consuming, at the time of consumption.
